1. What Clarifea is

Clarifea is a psychological and psychoeducational reflection tool that helps you think through difficult decisions using structured simulations of possible futures. It is a thinking aid, not a professional service.

2. Not professional advice

Clarifea is not therapy, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or a substitute for professional care, and it does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Its simulations are possibilities, not predictions, diagnoses or guarantees. All decisions are yours alone. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. See our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clarifea.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Clarifea for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

Some features require a paid plan or one-time purchase. Prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in your profile and retain access until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where required by your local law.

7. Intellectual property

Clarifea and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the dilemma content you enter; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it and generate your simulations.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarifea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment (see Imprint), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
